The Club has:
Play Social Tennis
For members to play social tennis we set aside Tuesday evening from 6.30pm onwards and Sunday mornings from 10.30am. All members are welcome and games are played on a rota system so that everyone mixes in. If you would like a taster then you are welcome to come down.
Teams
There is ample opportunity for all members to play competitive tennis at their appropriate level. The club currently has three teams playing in the Gainsborough Evening Leagues and our team captains are always on the lookout for new players.
Coaching at Wheatley
Currently at Wheatley Tennis Club there are various coaching sessions running. It is our aim to offer quality coaching with a competent coach at a reasonable price. We have 3 Coaching sessions one evening per week for Juniors, Intermediates and Adults. For 2017 group coaching sessions will be held on a Saturday afternoon starting at 1.00pm. Please see our Coaching page for full details.
Safety
We care about all our members but especially our younger ones. Their safety is paramount and whilst we wish to encourage as much participation as possible, we ask parents and guardians to help us towards this goal by not allowing them on the courts without adult supervision.
Tennis players of all ages and abilities are very welcome.
